As part of our continuous development of interoperable solutions and updating our portfolio to suit the latest standards, our G3-PLC electricity meters are now IDIS 2 certified.
IDIS package 2 defines how the IDIS functionality is accessed via IP-based networks using the traditional access media such as Ethernet, GPRS and other technologies offered by the telecom providers. With the combination of IDIS PLC meters and IDIS IP meters, we can now provide complete and cost-efficient end-to-end solutions which integrate even deeper into existing diverse networks with devices and software from different manufacturers.
IDIS 2 interoperability is an added value to our new G3-PLC integrated meters and their new sets of features which include variety of customer-selectable of functional inputs and outputs and wider choice of different electrical measurements to provide insights in the low-voltage network condition.
